My day is about to get buy, so I am hastily dropping by with a thought to chew on this day.

Here's the thing: we all need that one person who'll give it to us just as it is. You know, someone who doesn't sugarcoat stuff and tells us what we might not see ourselves. Sure, we what they say don't always sit well with us, but there always are some truth in their words.

, I'm not saying you should swallow every word thrown your way, but when more than a few folks, especially those not in your inner circle, start pointing out the same stuff, it might be time to take a pause. If what they're saying could hurt you or others, it's worth a moment of introspection, you know?

So, pause and ponder: why do they think you do what they say you do? There might be something to uncover there. And once you've got a grasp on it, figure out a way to do and be better, instead of taking offence, feeling attacked, or reclining into your shell.

In summary, what I want to say is this: allow someone to hold upu accountable this year, .
