Used to be, every request turned into a meeting.

“Let’s align”

“Just 15 minutes?”

“Can you walk me through it?”

Then I started replying with this:

What decision are we trying to make?

Half the invites disappeared.  

The rest got sharper.

No more syncs with no spine.
