The team jumps in.

Fire drill mode activated.


It feels productive. Useful. Like we’re proving our value.


But if you’re always the one fixing things last minute, people stop asking for your input early on.


That’s the part no one says out loud.


And over time, it turns you into the go-to fixer instead of someone they trust with direction.
