Ever feel like you're the only one who sees the risk?

Hey
Sometimes you spot a thing early. You know, a broken contract, flaky table, or something that could quietly spiral.
So you flag it.
But no one reacts.
Or worse, they say, “Let’s deal with it later.”
It sucks.
Because if nothing breaks, you look paranoid.
And if something does, no one remembers you warned them.
Here’s what helped me:
Stop explaining what is broken.
Start explaining what it could block.
A launch. A target. Someone’s actual goal.
People act when their world is affected.
Not when yours is.
