BEHIND THE SCENES

Most humans are highly inquisitive, and as such sharing some of the behind-the-scenes of your day-to-day routine that may seem mundane to you, are often of high interest to those who follow you.

Think for a minute about why there has been a rise in reality TV shows and their popularity, and you will soon see that people have an interest in seeing what is going on, and what other people are up to.

In business this is no different.

Letting people in behind-the-scenes, gives you a great opportunity to allow people to feel more connected to the people within the business and brand. It shows a high level of transparency, and therefore builds trustworthiness.

THINK TODAY ABOUT WHAT YOU CAN SHARE BEHIND THE SCENES

You may well recognise this image already, that is because I have captured this once and utilised it a number of times. Remember that when we create content it is not just a one use application, but we can actually re-purpose and reuse content, giving a different context and a whole new lease of life!

EXAMPLES

1. TIMELAPSE behind the scenes of you in the office / working on a specific project (Be careful of any sensitive data though!)
2. #MyOfficeDesk - This fairly self-explanatory, but just as the hashtag suggest I'm not sure what your working environment looks like!
3. NEW RELEASES - What are you currently working on that no one knows about yet? Whilst you might not be able to release all the details, you can always tease with a screenshot or a little caption of any text involved with the project.
