Life a grind? Mid-life crisis? YOU don't want to miss this week's Geeks Geezers and Googlization!

Jan 17, 2023 3:06 pm

Hi There!

Feeling like life is a grind? Like you’re going through the motions instead of living life to the fullest? You're not alone.

According to Gallup, 19% of people are miserable! 50% of workers reported feeling stressed at their jobs on a daily basis, 41% as being worried, 22% as sad, and 18% angry. One in five working Americans feel their job is NOT making a meaningful contribution reveals a recent poll from YouGov.

We all go through difficult times in life, but the midlife crisis is one of the most common, challenging, and mysterious. It’s that time in life when we look back and question the meaning of our life and what we really want out of it. It can be overwhelming to confront these questions.

The good news is that it doesn’t need to be a right of passage, a dreaded necessity required to live our next life chapter.

So what’s the antidote?
