Time To Chillax? Let's Walk!

Hi
I have had horrendous flu this past week, the worst I've experienced, and thankfully am coming through the other side (phew!).
During these times of stress, illness or change, it's good to go back to our breath, so I thought I would share a quick 4 minute breathwork walk on the beach, which I truly hope you enjoy,.
You can do this exercise wherever you may be, on a plane, in a car, relaxing, or walking, its just for you to come back to your breath and your grounding.

Remember you hold the intention in your heart, to use the power of your breath to re-create your story, focus your goals, or heal your way forward. You have the power to do this in your next breath !
