How exciting that we are one week away from starting our 30 day challenge together.

You will see that I have sent you an invitation (might be in your junk mail) from Samcart / Intuitive Holisitic Services, giving you access to the folder you will access all of our information I share with you over the 30 days.

I have already populated it with some bonus materials, and with a 60 minute journalling meditation called "Who Am I".

This is a 6 part series. I would ask you to complete one part a day for the next 6 days (don't need to overwhelm you), so when we get together next monday on Zoom, you can offer any feedback from the exercise.
