This newsletter focuses on information and services that we have just added for people who are new to the Intensive Journal program. We encourage you to share it with your friends.
👉3 Hour Introductory Sessions Expanded
We are expanding the number of 3 hour introductory sessions to provide an inexpensive way to learn about the Intensive Journal program. You can read more about it at Intro Session Offer These sessions will be held on Sunday from 1-4 pm. The next two dates are:
Eastern Region Baltimore April 24 1-4 EDT Dave Arbogast
Western Region Phoenix May 15 1-4 PDT Kelley Williams
The cost is only $25. Further, if you then attend an Intensive Journal workshop where Dialogue House handles the registration within six months of the introductory session, we will give you a $25 credit!
At our introductory sessions, the leader summarizes key principles for using the method, followed by guiding you through sample Intensive Journal exercises as you would do in a full-length workshop. This is not a sales pitch, but rather an experience in the method. You can then decide if you want to attend a full-length 12 hour workshop.

We have created a new page on our website that is entitled Get Started. It consolidates a great deal of information that is especially useful for people who are new to our program. This includes:
- Video - Sample Intensive Journal exercise;
- Audio - Sample meditations, lectures, and interviews with Dr. Progoff;
- Text - Articles, life-histories and summaries of other information;
- Workshops - Connection to the main link for our schedule of workshops.

👉Workshop Updates and Reminders
- Several dates have changed for the workshops below. The changes are in bold.
- Our next workshop series for Portland has been changed from March to May: Part 1-Life Context: May 4-5; Part 2-Depth Contact: May 11-12 and Part 3-Life Integration: May 18-19.
- The dates for the Olympia series in July have been changed by one day to Tuesday-Wednesday beginning on July 12-13.
- 6 in-person programs have been booked on the west and east coasts for the spring-summer 2022 season; If you want to attend any program but cannot commit due to COVID, please contact me. We can add you to the list - there is no commitment.
In-Person Workshops Expanded
We are now offering the 3-part series (Life Context, Depth Contact, and Life Integration) in-person workshops at leading retreat centers in 8 metropolitan areas:
West Coast:
San Francisco, CA: July 17-22; Los Angeles, CA: August 21-26.
East Coast:
Boston, MA: June 12-17; New York City, NY: July 24-29; Richmond, VA: July 24-29; and Toronto, ON: August 21-26
With regard to the admission policy related to COVID, Dialogue House follows the policies of the retreat center which in turn may follow mandates from the relevant governmental body. Dialogue House may adjust the program as necessary, given the fluid nature of COVID. We ask for your cooperation and understanding.
The week-long programs cover all of the exercises in the Intensive Journal workbook as well as the integrative aspects of the method through the Journal Feedback process.
You can take 1,2 or all 3 programs. it is very flexible. Take the workshops that fit your schedule.

Stay Connected to the Process with Our Life Integration Program of Monthly Sessions
We are emphasizing our offerings of the Life Integration module in 3 hour monthly sessions that provides you with a way to stay connected to the process.
Many people find that the structure and discipline of the group setting with the instruction of our certified leader are helpful in providing a conducive atmosphere for developing your life. We have a new page on our website that explains this monthly program in detail.
