In this issue, we share information about our expanded introductory sessions and our new audio streaming service. We urge those of you who are interested in attending one of our our 6 in-person retreats for the summer on the east and west coasts to sign up as soon as you can. Please note correction on the date of our Los Angeles retreat which is August 21-22.
👉 3-Hour Introductory Sessions
We have two online introductory sessions scheduled on a Sunday afternoon from 1-4 pm on the east and west coasts:
West Coast - May 15 (1-4 pm PDT) with Kelley Williams
East Coast - June 26 (1-4 pm EDT) with Dave Arbogast
Participants learn key principles for using the method as well as experience sample exercises. The cost is only $25 and registration is handled online.

👉 New Audio Streaming Service Launched
We are pleased to announce our new audio streaming service through Awesound for the purchase of Dr. Progoff's Entrance Meditation readings (3), lectures (10), and podcast-interviews (2). Each is $12 and is purchased through our online service.
You may wish read about the many features of this service. You can listen to a sample of each recording and then decide if you wish to purchase. Awesound also makes it easy to listen on your mobile or desktop device in any web browser to allow secure, offline listening using nearly all major podcast apps.
We welcome your feedback about our new service and hope that you find it to be of great value. If you wish to purchase audio CDs, we will still offer these for $15 per CD plus shipping.
👉 6 In-Person Retreats Coming Up This Summer
In-person retreats have been such a core part of our program over the years. Many of you have requested that we offer in-person retreats again as soon as COVID subsided. They offer you the opportunity to experience our method in a conducive peaceful environment, away from your daily routine, and together with like-minded people working in their lives.
We use excellent retreat centers. They all are centrally located to major metropolitan areas, have single bedrooms, private bath (except NYC), beautiful grounds, and excellent food. The staff is supportive of our program and are able to deal with the complexities of our program schedule, allowing you the flexibility to attend 1, 2 or all 3 program modules.
Boston area - Miramar Retreat Center in Duxbury
Promoting the programs this year is an especially challenging task and we ask for your cooperation. While we naturally understand that you want to wait until closer to the program date to determine if it is safe to attend, we also face deadlines and requirements from the retreat center.
Therefore, we request that you:
- Pay attention to any deadlines;
- We strongly encourage you to register with us by May 15th. If you still have to finalize plans, please let us know. We will ask for a credit card but not process it until you give us permission. We need to be able to do that by a deadline or 2 months out from the event, whichever comes sooner.

They are quality centers, all in the suburbs of a major city and therefore accessible from airports and major highways/mass transit (where relevant). Online workshops
We will also hold our 3-part series online during the summer. We have two locations for week-long programs (Denver, CO and Chicago, IL); note that there is a day off in between the workshops since we find online programs to be more intense. In Olympia, WA, our online program is held one module per week; you can stay at the Priory Spirituality Center for an additional charge.
