Dear
We are pleased to report the continued expansion of our videos about the Intensive Journal program that are on our YouTube channel.
👉 New Video on Sample Exercise
Thanks to the efforts of our leader, Dave Arbogast, we now have a video that guides participants through major principles of the method followed by a sample exercise (Period Log and Period Image). Dave then summarizes the ways that viewers can learn more, including taking a workshop. I encourage you to share the video with your friends.
👉 Videos Centralized on Our Website
We also have centralized all of the videos on our website where you can easily watch them. They cover three areas:
- Sample exercise in the Intensive Journal method;
- Leader presentations that discuss key aspects of the program and their experiences in it;
- Audio content from Ira Progoff's CDs.
👉 Please Subscribe to our YouTube Channel
I urge you to subscribe to our YouTube channel so you will receive notification of our new videos. Simply hit the red subscribe button at the bottom right when you access one of our videos.
Over time, we hope to substantially increase the number of videos on our YouTube channel. Your participation helps Dialogue House establish its YouTube channel - a critical goal for our growth.
👉 Create a Short Video
If you have attended the Intensive Journal method and found the program to be meaningful, I encourage you to make a short video about your experience in the Intensive Journal method and share it with us. See how to prepare video for helpful suggestions.
