Summer greetings! We are in the final phase of our summer in-person and online programs. We review the remaining programs for this summer as well as new fall programs, and invite you to attend. We will be adding more workshop dates for the fall in the near future.
👉 In-Person Retreats Coming Up for NYC area (July 24-29)
Our in-person retreats are coming up! We need to make commitments now to each center whether our program will be held. Therefore, we need your cooperation by letting us know if you are planning to attend even though we realize you may need more time to finalize your plans.
We offer you great flexibility in terms of whether you commute or reside, and attend 1, 2 or all 3 program modules. They offer you the opportunity to experience our method in a conducive peaceful environment, away from your daily routine, and together with like-minded people working in their lives.
We are taking reasonable precautions about COVID.

We have recently added a fall online program for the Northeast - the 3-part series with Nancy-Elizabeth Nimmich starting on September 24-25.
The Chicago program on July 23-30 is a week-long program but note that there is a day off in between the workshops since we find online programs to be more intense.

👉 Expanding the Scheduling Formats for Our Workshops
We are introducing a variety of scheduling formats for our 3 core modules (Life Context, Depth Contact, and Life Integration) that comprise the Intensive Journal program.
Kelley Williams will be leading the Part 1-Life Context workshop spread over 4 sessions - each 3 hours in length - on Sundays from 1-4 pm PDT on August 7, 14, 21, and 28. Phoenix-weekly sessions. We hope that this alternative schedule may work for some who have not been able to attend, or as a way to return to using the method.
To review, the standard format as designed by Dr. Progoff is a two day 12 hour program for each workshop module. Dr. Progoff designed it this way to provide a conducive atmosphere of progressive deepening away from your daily routine. Over the course of the workshop, you can experience the momentum and energy that builds as you get deeper into the process. We recommend this format as the basis for your work in our program.
However, we realize that many people have scheduling challenges with this format due to family, work, or health issues and want to offer some alternatives, while realizing the importance of this atmosphere. Our goal is to help you attend a program that meets your scheduling needs.
Over the past few years, we have introduced the monthly session of the Part 3-Life Integration module as a way to help you stay connected and continue your work in the method. These programs have been well-received and we are now taking the next step in building upon this format.

Recently we announced that the Progoff audio collection, consisting of Entrance Meditation readings (3), lectures by Dr. Progoff (10), and inteviews-podcasts with Dr. Progoff (2) are available for purchase. We wish to stress that buying and using these recordings is simple and does not require internet connection once you buy and download them onto your cell phone. The cost for each audio is $12 and there are discounts for buying the set.
