June 2025
This month brings exciting news from Innerbloom—we’re expanding access to the powerful healing potential of ketamine therapy. With new treatment options and greater accessibility, we’re thrilled to share what this means for you or someone you love. Let’s dive in!
New Offering: Spravato® Nasal Esketamine
In addition to intravenous (IV) ketamine, Innerbloom will now offer Spravato®, the FDA-approved nasal form of esketamine for treatment-resistant depression (TRD). This innovative treatment is covered by insurance, and we are currently in-network with Medicare, Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Humana, Tricare, and the Veterans Affairs (VA).
To qualify for Spravato® coverage, patients MUST:
- Have a diagnosis of treatment-resistant depression
- Obtain a referral from a psychiatrist
Our primary offering remains IV ketamine, known for its superior efficacy and flexibility in treating a broader range of conditions, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, chronic pain, OCD, and alcohol use disorder. However, IV ketamine is not covered by insurance, except for eligible veterans through the VA.
That’s why we’re so pleased to now offer Spravato® as an insurance-covered alternative, helping expand access to care for individuals in need of relief.
Whether you’re exploring IV ketamine or Spravato®, we’re here to guide you every step of the way. [Click here] to learn more about Spravato’s eligibility requirements and how to get started.

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy
For those seeking deeper support throughout the ketamine therapy process, Innerbloom proudly offers Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). This important service enhances the healing experience when used in conjunction with the medicine.
Led by our exceptional certified ketamine-assisted psychotherapist, Cindy, with ongoing support available from Alisa, our Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) program helps patients more deeply process and integrate their treatment experiences, addressing the root of their mental health challenges, untangling emotional burdens, and developing actionable plans for meaningful change.
At Innerbloom, we've consistently seen that those who actively engage in the therapeutic process typically experience more profound insights and longer-lasting results.
