We are an all-volunteer neighborhood association, not a homeowners’ association.
You don’t have to be a member to attend our meetings or to sign up for our email list.
However, we encourage you to join us as dues are only $20 per year per person. Businesses can join for $50 (we link your business on our website and you may distribute promotional material at our meetings). Only paid members are considered voting members when rules of order require a formal vote.
