Quick follow‑up from one owner to another.


The agencies that hold margin and authority don’t sell deliverables first. They install digital architecture first:


• Data layer: CRM/CDP, events, consent, IDs

• Activation layer: ads, email, onsite, automation

• Measurement layer: conversions, LTV, incrementality


Once those are defined, “Definition of Done” and “What’s Out of Scope” become obvious and fights vanish.
