[new] forehand fix & return of serve (no talking)

I hope you are enjoying the summer so far. Where I live, I try to play/coach before 9 am and only after 5 pm - too hot for me. :)

1. How I Teach the Return of Serve (No Talking!)

This lesson, part of the Visual Tennis Lessons & Progression Drills from WebTennis24, shows the grips I recommend for both one-handed and two-handed backhand players, the court positioning for first and second serve, and footwork.

2. Why You Should Raise Your Elbow on Forehand

This is a technical ‘trick’ I discovered at 14 years old, because my forehand groundstroke was my weakest shot, and I needed to make it more consistent.
