If you’re still thinking about the Invisible Ceiling…

Hey there
Over the past few days I’ve been sharing ideas about what I call The Invisible Ceiling.
By now you probably understand the concept.
You know that many expert practices don’t stop growing because of lack of ability.
They stop growing because something in the structure of the practice quietly slows down growth.
But understanding the concept is only the first step.
The real question is much more personal.
Where exactly is the ceiling in your practice?
Is it:
• how your expertise is positioned?
• the way outcomes are communicated?
• the absence of leverage inside the practice?
• a hidden asset that hasn’t been activated yet?
Most professionals sense that something is limiting their growth…
But they cannot see the structure clearly enough to diagnose it.
That’s why I decided to host Thursday Night Service this week on this topic.
Not to repeat the ideas you’ve already seen.
But to help you identify the specific constraint that may be holding your practice back right now.
Because once that constraint becomes visible, something interesting happens.
The ceiling stops feeling mysterious.
It becomes solvable.
And sometimes one structural shift can change the entire trajectory of a practice.
If you’ve been following the Invisible Ceiling conversation and wondering how it applies to your own situation…

P.S. Many experts already suspect they’ve hit a ceiling.
What they rarely know is where it actually is.
That’s the question we’ll be exploring tomorrow night.
