It’s almost 1am and I have had one of those days.
At work and at home.
But I am writing this because of my commitment to show up.
Not just show up.

The compound effect of keeping your commitments will deliver greater value than you could have estimated.

What commitment do you need to keep today?
Start with the commitment you made to yourself.
Keep your commitments to yourself.
And keep your commitments to others.
Don’t go back on your word.
Even though if it hurts
