Howdy ,
When I was younger, there was a cartoon series of a superhero called "Birdman."
Birdman is an regular guy who has the ability to shoot solar rays from his fists and project quasi-solid "solar shields" to defend himself against attacks. He can fly and is a bit fireproof.
He fights crime with his trusty pet eagle named Avenger.
One of the common weakness he experiences on almost all the episodes is running out of his superpowers. When this happens, he usually calls on Avenger to get him close to the Sun so he can "recharge."
Did I mention that his powers are derived from the sun?
SO, what did I learn from Birdman?
First, don't run into a fight if you are not fully charged to full capacity. Else, you'll drain out and the bad guys will beat you black-and-blue.
Second, when you run out of your superpower, it pays to have a wingman like Avenger who can help you get closer to a recharge.
I tried to put all these "ahas" into today's session.
Do all we spoke about during today's session and you won't drain out your focus superpower.
And if you do, as your trusty wingman, I have already given you the lowdown on how you can recharge.
If you missed today's session, you can watch the replay
After you watching, please, try to do today's assignment in the workbook. It will show you where you are on your overwhelm levels.
As always, I am here to support you over the 31-day experience.
Here is to your continued success.
Tata,
Tola
