Howdy ,
This was the second time it was happening.
The difference is that for this second time, it’s in a firm I am leading.
Members of staff took psychometric tests and it turns out that almost everyone in the company had the same dominant trait.
It’s like a case of interviewers giving passing grades to candidates that remind them of themselves.
The only problem is that this means the corporate ideas will align in a similar direction.
This also means I have more work to do to identify strange ideas.
They could be silenced in the crowd of uniformity.
Are you only listening to the voices of uniformity around you?
To become better, you need contrarian views now and again.
You need perspectives from people different from you.
Your work could get better because of it.
