Howdy ,
In recent years, I have had a word that define my direction for the each year.
My word for 2022 is TRIBE.
The goal is simple - I want my network to become a tribe.
A tribe where we serve each other to become better.
To do achieve that, I need to:
1 - Put myself out to help the people in my network.
2 - Connect the people in my network to someone in my network who can help them.
3 - Increase the people in my network by offering to help people not already connected to me.
This is how a tribe grows.
By serving each other.
Your network is not valuable to you if you don't give value to them.
When you give value, the value of your network deepens.
And grows.
Your network will be willing to recommend you as someone who gives value.
