If you have been following the story emanating from Tinseltown aka Hollywood, at the moment all movie production activities have all stopped.
Why?
First, the writers went on a strike to fight over their pay.
Second, the actors joined in with a strike of their own.
So, you have writers and actors on one side with the major studios on the other side.
When the writers started their strike, there was a report credited to a senior executive of one of the major studios that they would not come to the negotiation table.
According to him/her, they would wait for the writers to run out of savings and start losing their homes before come to the table.
This would put the studios in a stronger bargaining position.
So, it was thought.
Well, the actors decided to join in with their own strike - raising similar issues like the writers.
What's the whole reason for my Tinseltown storytelling?
This is what happens when you ignore the people behind the scenes.
When you are so focused on just the person in front of you when you deliver service or offer a product, you miss out on the opportunity to deliver superior service.
This is the goal of your 7th power leverage.
