Welcome to the October 6th edition of Faith & Life Lessons.
You will see this email full of tidbits from my week. My goal is simple. I hope that from how I live my life, you can find a thing or two that helps you as you try to live a life that matters. I am always trying to do one thing - make Christ-focused decisions in love, work, and life. And this was my week.

The Story of My Week.
During the week, someone asked me “How do you know so much about this workplace stuff because you are not in Human Resources?”
That’s the second time I was been asked that question in 2 weeks.
The surprise is how I speak so confidently and address issues in a way that aligns with reality.
Simple.
I have lived through it.
Not all of them.
I have also had the blessing of learning from others who have lived through some of the stuff.
The combination of their experiences and mine has created a wealth of wisdom that gives me a unique voice.
Yes, I also study.
But I am glad to be the visual aid to help the people I work with become better at work and in life.
I am making people better at doing their unique work every day.
Things I Learnt
1-The Wisdom of People Ahead: I had a four-hour work session with my business coach.
Honestly, those four hours have saved me a lot of effort.
Efforts in wasted activities.
I simply listened to how not to do what I planned to do and asked him how to do what he had done.
There is no show-off when it comes to working with him.
I don’t need to claim I have more results than I have.
I just climb on his shoulders and learn from his wisdom.
I think I need to reach out to my executive mentor…I need to get some wisdom from her.
Learning from the wisdom of others.
A faster way to live life.
2-God is Going Ahead: My assurance as I start the last quarter of 2024 is that God is already working ahead of me.
Yes.
My assurance and my confidence.
I know I will live all the dreams God has set out for me.
As long as I don’t my faith or stop running.
I will keep running in this last quarter till the final bell.
Because God has gone ahead of me.
Postscript
May you be encouraged to keep running knowing God has gone ahead to make a way for you Amen
