Protect your rest.
The true value of rest is not a cessation from work. It is the opportunity to show our faith in God as the truemultiplier of our labours.
Let me give you something to meditate on.
It is useless for you to work so hard from early morning until late at night, anxiously working for food to eat; for God gives rest to his loved ones - Ps 127:2
Meditate on it.
And REST.
