Howdy ,
On Tuesday we started a conversation on not losing your heart.
To do that, you need to take proactive steps to get healing for unmet expectations in one or more aspects of life.
I gave examples from work - a promotion you didn’t get, a recognition you were overlooked for. The list goes on.
Healing is how you recover your tenderness.
Reclaiming the tenderness of your heart in that area is how you continue to experience God’s power in that area of life.
I want you to be a multiplier at work.
And that’s why we need to get your heart healed.
I recall a time when it seems my career was not moving forward.
After years of getting recognition and promotion, I stopped moving.
I couldn’t change jobs - the easy way out.
Not because I couldn’t. God said stay.
Bitterness and hurt started to build up.
My collection of unmet expectations was building up.
This affected how I was showing up for work
I had to go through my healing with God.
When God heals, you get a fresh impetus to live life and show up better.
And delivery superior results.
It works in every area of life.
People divorce after years of not dealing with the hurts of unmet expectations that have been built over the years.
When God heals the hurt, He gives more grace for you to excel in that area of life.
Are you ready for the next level of acceleration at work?
Then you need to take this as serious work to start your boosters.
Today’s task is pretty simple.
Find some time in your day to be alone with God and tell Him all the unmet expectations you have had at work.
Some may be from your foolishness. Some have nothing to do with you.
God wants to heal them all.
Bring them all to Him.
Have a conversation with Him.
Till Saturday when we meet again
Keep multiplying what you have been given by God in life.
