Dear ,
Congratulations on a great choice to work on your pitching with Nick Pontifex.
Your answers to the survey questions, DVS videos and report plus Rapsodo data have been passed on, so Nick know's exactly what you want to get out of the session.
- Warm up is not scheduled into the session, so we suggest starting at 645pm Wednesday (to begin working with Nick at 7pm), but you are welcome to begin warming up earlier if you need longer than the 15 minutes we've allowed.
- All the equipment you will need is provided on the night: J-Bands, Plyo balls, baseballs and a catcher for your pitches.
- Based on your answers about the session, once you have warmed up, Nick will have you throw a number of pitches, then work on a task while you're resting and then pitching again. This will continue for the duration based on what Nick feels is best to help you achieve your goals.
- You will receive a copy of the Rapsodo data for your records as well any video taken.
