Hey amigos - this week is all about perseverance…
Larry Janesky started out building houses at 18 years old. Then he got into basement repair and eventually built up a portfolio of blue-collar businesses that now make over $650M a year. 🤯
I loved what he told me:
- AI will not replace the people who clean out your crawl space and repair your basements.
- “If you have to work 70 hours a week, you’re doing it wrong.”
- “We didn’t make a big jump, we made a lot of little ones (over 40 years).”
Larry played the long game and won. Check out his story on YouTube.
P.S. I also recommend Larry’s life lessons on his site Think Daily.
How do you focus in a world of distractions and not just give up? In my latest podcast episode, I go over this with tactics like:
- How to commit to less.
- How to act now and not overthink it.
- How to avoid ‘shiny new object’ syndrome.
Gear up to persevere and FOCUS. Listen on Apple Podcasts or Spotify.
🗣️ Throat Spray
I’ve been doing A LOT of talking lately…from guest recording a ton of podcasts to spending over 16 hours recording the audio for my upcoming book.
I found this throat spray (not sponsored) keeps my voice in good shape. Perfect if you do speaking engagements or presentations all the time.
Be Epic,
Noah Kagan
