This combination wholesale/retail apparel company has been growing for the better part of the last decade and now the owners are ready to retire. The Company’s current market is across the Midwest and beyond. Online sales from their website and Etsy present major further opportunities for growth.

Facilities:

There is no retail showroom, only production space. This space is well utilized with very reasonable rent. Lots of very organized storage for inventory as well as work spaces for production. The current operation could be folded into an existing business or moved if desired. This apparel business has the potential to be home-based if a new owner desired.

Competition:

Friendly competition exists in this space, but threats are quickly mitigated by copyrights and a strong customer base on both the wholesale and retail sides.
