A few weeks back, I sent you a newsletter on "Spring into Action: Have You Started Your Business Projects?" After that, my friend (and radio host) Doug Wagner asked me to appear on WMT600 AM and speak with him on the importance of a business technology self-check-in.
Here are three key takeaways from our discussion:
- ☑️ Self-Check-In: With a quarter of the year gone, it's crucial for businesses to pause and assess their technology strategies. Prioritizing important projects can lead to better efficiency and growth.
- 🤖 Embrace AI: Artificial intelligence isn’t just a buzzword; it's a powerful tool that businesses can use to optimize tasks like creating marketing materials and content. Regularly exploring AI capabilities can uncover new efficiencies.
- 🔙 Revisit Technology Tools: If you try a tech tool once and it doesn’t fit, give it another shot later on. The progress and updates in tools like ChatGPT can offer surprising improvements, even from week to week.

Let’s make the most of the year ahead by revolutionizing our approach to business technology!
Have a fantastic rest of your week...
Your BizTech,
—Joshua
P.S. My new podcast's second episode came out with my friend Heidi Kaisand talking about how she "hired an AI named 'Chad' as her latest employee." Listen to her whole story and how she uses AI in a practical way.
