Hello my friends,

I hope you are well.

I just wanted to drop a note to let you know about a little contest I'm involved in.

AND...

EVERYONE WINS! - All entrants will receive a FREE ebook copy of The Chronicles of Aurion via email, when the Contest Winner is announced.

Now, just a reminder (in case you missed it last time) that the audiobook of Dawn of the Overlords is finally available. Sadly, Amazon has not set up the Whispersync yet (hopefully that will happen soon), so you won't get the discount for having the ebook already, but it is available to buy with an Audible credit or for the cash price.

If that interests you, you can find it on Amazon or Audible.

Alternately, if you don't have an Audible membership yet you can get it for free by going HERE (US) or HERE (UK) and choosing it as your first book (I still make money from that, so if you don't have an Audible account please do).

Also, if you just can't wait for the release of Revenge of the Overlords, you can read rough versions of the first seven chapters on my blog:

Prologue (https://kevinpotterauthor.com/revenge-sample-prologue/)

Chapters 1-3 (https://kevinpotterauthor.com/revenge-sample -1-3/)

Chapters 4-7 (https://kevinpotterauthor.com/revenge-sample-4-7/)

As promised last time, I had an interview with James Reid for the Authors in Focus podcast, and you can listen to that HERE.

And for those who have read Shadow of the Overlord, I have a treat for you. Here is a previously suppressed interview between the dragoon bureaucracy and Taliesimon and Okara:

Well, that's all I have for you today.

But while you wait for Revenge to come out later this month, I have some reading recommendations for you.

First, if you followed the SPFBO contest last year, you will have heard of The Sword of Kaigen by M.L. Wang. When I heard she was producing an audiobook, I reached out to her for a review copy and I was lucky enough to get one. I listened to this a couple months ago, and am pleased to say I was completely blown away. This is one of those times that a book absolutely lives up to the hype!

You can read my full review on my blog at https://kevinpotterauthor.com/sword-of-kaigen

Now, I haven't actually read this one yet, but after reading some of Paul J Bennett's work before, I can say with confidence that the storytelling and character development is bound to be excellent!

From Amazon:

Life took a twist she never expected.

All Charlaine ever wanted was to follow in her father’s footsteps. That is, until the moment she was forced to leave her old life behind to save her family. Now, as a Temple Knight, she finds herself alone in a distant realm, and unaware of what the future will demand of her.

Her hopes for a new life are dashed when her past catches up with her. It is only when raiders begin harassing the coast that Charlaine’s true mettle emerges. Suspecting that all is not as it seems, she hatches a plan that reveals a far greater danger than anyone ever imagined.

With her new family of Temple Knights, Charlaine leads them in a desperate gambit to thwart the ambitions of a mighty foe that has the power to destroy them all.
