For years, I silenced myself out of fear of being judged, dismissed, or “too much.” Maybe you’ve felt the same — holding back words, truths, or creative expression just to keep the peace.
But our voice is more than just sound. It’s an energetic channel that carries healing, frequency, and truth into the world. When you speak (or sing, chant, cry, scream, or whisper your prayers), you are literally shifting energy.
✨ This week’s practice:
- Try chanting a mantra, humming, or even toning a single note to feel your chest vibrate.
- Speak your truth out loud — even if just to yourself in the mirror.
- Use the mantra: “My voice is powerful. My truth is safe to be heard.”
