Kia ora koutou and warm greetings
Thanks so much for your interest in the CDANZ Character Strengths Special Interest Group (SIG)! My name is Sherrie Lee and I’m a Professional Member of CDANZ and lead the SIG on a volunteer basis. Here’s my LinkedIn profile by way of introduction.
Someone may have forwarded you the information or you may have stumbled upon the SIG. In case you’re interested, I’ve written a blog post on character strengths in career development: https://thediasporicacademic.com/2025/06/30/character-strengths-in-your-career-development/ and was featured on a podcast on the topic: Discover Your Character Strengths for your Career Development
The CDANZ Character Strengths SIG is open to both CDANZ members and non-members. I look forward to welcoming you to our launch meeting to learn more about applying character strengths in our particular contexts.
