Have you renovated or real estate invested in the last 2 years?

Hey I have more good news!

We found more tax rebates! lol. (We're on a roll here!)

The face I make when I find more money for people and

take it legally out of the governments pockets.

I wanted to share a helpful service from a family friend that could be valuable for homeowners who have recently completed a major renovation or built a custom home.

The company is called Supreme Rebates, and they help homeowners apply for government housing rebate programs.

What I like about this is that they handle the process for you, including:

  • Gathering the required information
  • Completing the paperwork
  • Filing the application
  • Following up with the government
  • Helping you receive the rebate if you qualify
  • Ensuring you get the money in your account

And importantly, there is no upfront cost. They only invoice after you receive the rebate. If you do not receive a rebate, there is no fee.

This could apply if you:

  • Built a custom home recently
  • Completed a substantial renovation
  • Renovated your principal residence
  • Spent at least $150,000 on a qualifying renovation
  • Completed the work within the last 2 years
  • Purchased a pre-construction investment property that may qualify

The rebate can be significant. In some cases, homeowners may qualify for up to $16,080 in money back, depending on how much was spent and whether the renovation or custom build meets the program requirements.

A few key points:

To qualify, the home generally needs to be your principal residence, and you must intend to live in it rather than renovate and immediately flip it. For substantial renovations, a large portion of the home must have been renovated, typically around 70%–80% depending on the situation and total cost.

This is one of those areas where many people simply do not know they may be eligible, and the paperwork can be annoying enough that people always leave money on the table.

So, if you or someone you know recently built a home, completed a major renovation, or bought a pre-construction investment property, it may be worth checking. Please think of others whom you know if you haven't done it yourself. Ask, "Who do I know who bought a pre-construction home or made significant renovations or investments?"

You can reply to this email and I can connect you with them and direct them further.

To more money in our pockets and less in the governments!

(Legally of course lol).
