Self Care for the Busiest Days - 5 min Resets

Well hello there Mama,
Do you find yourself flat strap every day, running after the kids, keeping the house under control, squeezing in work, making sure the family is fed... The list feels endless some days huh?
Now, if someone were to tell you that its important to take care of yourself too, maybe you'd think, yeah, great thanks for that, how the heck am I going to fit something ELSE in???
Well, what if I told you it can take as little as 5 minutes to improve your sense of well being?
What can you achieve in 5 minutes? Here's a few ideas:
Slip off your shoes and walk barefoot on the grass
Close your eyes and take 10 deep, slow and even breaths
Pop on your fave song and dance!
Enjoy a cuppa while its still hot
Grab a healthy snack that you love
Intentionally setting aside a few moments in your day to focus on yourself and committing to this practice can help you to reconnect with YOU and feel less overwhelmed.
You simply can't keep giving the best of yourself to others if you're not showing that self love and care.
