Well hello there,
What would it mean to you Mama, if you could go from yelling at your kids multiple times a dayđ©to being a calmer, more connected Mum â in under 10 minutes a day?

I went from successful career woman with an active social life to frazzled, touched-out Mum. I tried to do motherhood ârightâ - following every parenting âexpert", attending all the baby enrichment classes, nailing down a nap schedule, using all cloth nappies - but I forgot the most important person: me.
And what did all of this lead to for me? Snappiness, frustration, overwhelm and eventually, a collapse in my physical health.
That's when I had my lightbulb moment: putting myself last wasnât selfless or helpful to my family. In fact, ignoring my own needs made life more stressful and tense for everyone. I finally realised that taking time out for self-care made me a better Mama. Taking time to reconnect with yourself brings calm, patience, and joy back into your family life đ
