How to increase your everyday efficiency today:

'efficiency' is a term that starts intellectually

But there are so many real life examples too

Efficiency:

-Miles per gallon

-Output of an 8 HR shift

Now we are talking about your psychological efficiency, which branches into your physical productivity.

When your mind is sharp, alive and vital you will be efficient.

As you will use that vitality to see where you stand in your own way.

To notice how we tend to be our own worst enemies.

To observe the nature behind our emotions and thinking, and to notice when the movement of these emotions and thought are quite in-efficient.

Because when you are psychologically efficient, you will have more capacity all around.

That capacity (energy) can be used wisely. But before one can use this energy wisely one must become efficient and therefore stop wasting it.

If you are:

-physically organized

-psychologically structured

-spiritually aligned

You will be guided naturally to become more efficient with your energy usage.

I'm not sure if you have heard the term 'ego death'

But this is essentially a moment, or minutes, or hours, where the "I" seems to have left the psyche

Anyone who's had this so called moment, tends to have an increased sensitivity to the movement of emotion/thought

Hence an even stronger sense that those individuals need to learn how to be more efficient

As it takes a massive energy to notice the movement of thought/emotion, but it's an absolutely priceless action

Everything about what you see life as and how you go through it will transition to something new and fresh

Don't believe me

Do the work
