Owning your body without attaching to it

I say this as a fact; not with any emotion, nor sentimentality

The vessel I live through is absolutely ripped.

Why would I write that?

It's the bottom-line, I see it to be worthwhile to keep the physical vessel sharp and healthy. That's it.

Now you don't need to get ripped. I'm not some big weight lifter guy.

You may just want to drop some bodyfat. You may just see clearly that you are ready to change up your life.

But this is not for some weird self-confidence.

We take care of the vessel to align ourselves with abundance and the harmonious intelligence which created the world.

To see that living through the self is not to live at all but merely exist.

To see that there are so many variables at play life will not be clear unless you and I keep it simple.

So to be as simple as possible: If you want to lose 10kg of bodyfat in 12 weeks, this is my offer to you

Not only so you can feel an improved posture

Not only so you can stop hiding your body

But so you can see physically the stomach flatten and the abs start to pop out, so you can stop wasting so much energy thinking and doubting yourself and actually invest your fuel wisely and get an amazing ROI.

You can end insecurity. End fear. End anger.

It all starts with simply taking care of the body.
