Understand this..
You have your family. Their history. Your desires.
Now multiply that complexity by 9,000,000,000..
Yeah. That's what much of our world is right now.
Humans self obsessed.
NOW, is there a way for us to end:
-negative thought
-straightjacket like beliefs
-a fearful social attitude like I'm not good enough
-conflict within family, work and intimate relationships
That's what we explore now.
What happens when you live in the light?
To align your life with light is to see the fog.
What's the fog?
Well, what do you feel like when in timeless moments?
(sport, real dialogue, deep writing, etc)
You are not thinking about you.
You may not be thinking at all.
Now your body still may be intelligently operating, same with awareness.
So can we notice what happens when thought starts?
There seems to be a hidden artform, which is not entry-level.
But ALL humans are able to access this artform.
There just is a level of work that needs doing to access it.
Hence the phrase, cleaning up.
Every year will be a year of feeling on edge until..
YOU CLEAN UP!
This is both internal and external.
Cleaning up your:
-language
-thinking
-nutrition
-budgets
-environments
Then you start to be less chaotic, naturally.
Where does the energy you used to waste on chaos go?
IT'S THERE. It goes somewhere.
But if you invest it into the noticing of your behavior..
Your sensitivity and awareness can expand.
You can't want this.
You can need it.
Need is free of thought, it's destiny.
We just need to be honest enough to feel the magnetic irrefutable pull which is destiny.
Lets make 2025 the year of change. The year of awareness. The year of compassions birth.
I write about this because it's the field of all fields, I'm in. This will always be the root, It's my entire life. So it's safe to yes if you deeply align with my work it way be your destiny too.
