You will be presented with what you're ready to receive
Society places expectations into our minds through programming on the television, billboards, movies, and advertising.
There is a hidden universal truth that they don't tell us.
Just as we will be treated how we treat others, we will be presented with what we are ready to receive. We will never be able to skip out on the work.
Building your understanding
Our minds can be the most powerful tool we possess, or it can be what hinders us most.
If we go through life with an attitude that does not serve us we are unknowingly our own worst enemy. Perspective is something each individual must pay attention to.
Life is not simple, there is much to be learned and many skills to be acquired through adventure and experience.
This comes down to your approach.
To act as if you know it all, have nothing else to see, that's a belief that will weigh you down.
Have you taken some time to consider the deep beliefs you hold, and investigate whether these beliefs are serving you?
You hold the keys
We don't realize until years later, but usually the tough situations we experience are exactly what we needed in that season of life.
The absolute best way to learn is observation and experience.
Sometimes we can see someone do something and learn from their experience, while other times we personally need to do the thing to grow.
You don't learn if you remain comfortable all the time.
The choice is yours though, you can choose to take small actions each day that push you into the uncomfortable zone, then you can come back into the comfort zone after doing those task.
It's not about living an uncomfortable life.
Thing is, if you don't ever get uncomfortable you'll become weak, and nobody wants to be weak.
What are you aiming at?
A persons intentions are so crucial when it comes to what they'll receive.
Your actions could be the same, but if your intent is positive and healthy,
I can guarantee the person with healthy intent is significantly more likely to succeed.
You may be like, wait Justin, what's that even mean?
Well, the world operates on vibrations, frequencies, and energy levels...
You know when you're in a room, you feel certain individuals energy.
Let's think about being at the gym, when you're there everyone is participating in an activity that raises their vibration, this creates more and more positive thinking.
You never see people crying, or sad at the gym.
Everyone at the gym is intending to do something good for their bodies health, this intent transfers into an increased probability of good thinking.
If you're only going to the gym to bully some kid, I guarantee your intent will transfer into negative thinking on your side.
Societal pressures
It's so important for us to guard our consciousness, we are being programmed by society all the time. They push narratives continuously through media.
It's healthy for us to unplug, to cut off the input and to be in charge of when we do want to consume information.
At least unfollow any accounts that consistently make you think negatively.
It can be harder to unlearn habits and subconscious programming than actually learn something brand new the first time.
And we can never unlearn something that we are unaware of, so the reasoning behind all my messages is to help bring that initial awareness to you.
We start off as a total blank slate and through the years we adopt ideas and preferences,
some may serve us for a period and eventually have to be left behind, this is the evolution we must all experience.
Don't be too hard on yourself, it's okay not to have it figured out.
Society makes is seem easier than it looks.
You're where you're supposed to be
This can be difficult to accept, especially if you're living in a constant state of scarcity.
This state is as if you want, need, and desire so much, you will not be happy until getting a certain thing.
Listen, having goals and a high aim is great, but you must learn how to enjoy the journey of becoming the person you admire.
You need a mission that's large, one that's worthwhile.
I'm talking unrealistic, something that will take you 10+ years to get.
And while progressing toward this giant vision, I want you to be tracking your incremental improvement, noticing you small and big wins.
What you need to make progress is #1 to consume the right educational information consistently,
and #2 to take that information and participate in lever moving actions that physically guarantee progress if done consistently.
Listen to your gut when it comes to who you choose to learn from, you'll have a feeling when you come across the correct mentor.
Don't worry, the best thing you can do now is put in the daily work, focus your attention at becoming the person that you admire.

Actionable Tips
It all comes down to the individuals state of consciousness.
You bring awareness to how many different things can alter your state of consciousness, and choose to participate in activities that raise your vibration.
Every single decision the individual makes has an effect on who they become.
What are the activities that you do often that consistently bring feelings of shame, guilt, and regret?
What are some of the things you do that could be considered a waste of time?
Write a paragraph on each, you do not want to lie to yourself.
-ask these questions until you stop having these feelings
-commit to having an honest relationship with self
Listen, the time to build is now, while you're young and have a fire inside.
Don't wait until you're filled with regret to decide you want to change.
Start replacing these activities with small positive habits, like walking, reading, journaling, studying, training, meditating, conversing, cleaning, building, and you get my point.
Wrapping Up
I want you to prioritize being intentional with your moments.
Eat without the phone, have 5 task for each day on your check list, don't scroll social media but listen to an educational video, only pick up the phone when you consciously CHOOSE to and pay attention to the small progress you're making.
I don't ever want to make growth seem 'easy', but I want to remind you it doesn't have to be terribly difficult either.
You need to rewire the way you think.
Odds are your EXPECTATIONS for the amount of time it'll take to became successful are way off. Focus on enjoying your days, putting in the work, looking for areas to sharpen up, and consistently doing the right things.
Now let's make this concrete:
What is the ONE bad habit that you're going to start replacing today?
And what is the healthy action that you're going to replace that with?
And what's going to happen if you don't stop doing this bad habit?
