3 Steps To Stop Self-Judgment:

Listen, what is self-judgment actually?

It's a conflict within the heart, right?

There's a song by Green day, Holiday.

The album cover is a heart in the shape of a grenade.

The hand holding the grenade heart is bloody.

We can see humanity has been struggling with the heart for ages.

The 3 steps:

I have a client, Joe, he recently noticed his body was communicating a cold.

We looked at it, without resistance, seeing that we can LABEL the cold sickness, or disease.

What does the word disease mean?

Dis-ease. Not at ease. A lack of ease.

So the more we battle with what's ACTUAL, this is the lack of wisdom.

See you end self judgment through action.

Action is not SOLELY physical.

Action can be noticing your psychological movements.

That action can lead to skepticism around how you think, how you behave, how you live in general.

Skepticism is one main pillar to inquiry.

You can't truly inquiry without openness.

To be skeptical is to question what most don't question.

Not to force conclusions, but to question the part of you who thinks they know.

This is how you end self judgment.
