Greetings and Salutations!
Our sixth issue focuses on Conflict At Work. This is one of the area where clients have the greatest regrets about the progress of their English. "I wish I knew the right thing to say...", "If only I had the vocabulary to express my opinion...". The fact of the matter is conflict and other high pressure situations limit our language and options as we enter Flight/Fight/Freeze Mode. Hopefully this month's issue will guide your English down a better path.
