Your work is scattered (and that's killing your visibility)

Howdy

Here's a pattern I see constantly:

A professional does 15 different things well.

But when promotion discussions happen, nobody can remember what they do.

Why?

Because their work has no flagship.

Think about it:

·       Marketing runs 12 campaigns → but nobody remembers all 12

·       Operations fixes 20 processes → but which one was transformational?

·       Finance closes the books every month → competent, but not promotable

Without a flagship result, you become "that helpful person."

With one, you become "the person who did that thing."

A flagship result is:

·       One clear project or outcome

·       Visible to the right people

·       Tied to what the organization actually cares about

·       Something you can point to and say "I drove that"

It's not that your other work doesn't matter. It's that human memory works through stories, not task lists.

In this week's episode, [Youtube] [Apple Podcasts] [Spotify] [Amazon Music]I broke down how to identify your flagship result for the next 90 days, the one project that becomes your visibility anchor.

Ask yourself:

"In 90 days, what's the ONE result I want my boss to associate with my name?"

That's your flagship.

Everything else is supporting work.

Keep winning at work and in life,
