Yesterday I talked about an investor matchmaking event.

Two people on the same sales team. Same WhatsApp status.

One stayed loyal to her calendar.

The other showed up and walked away with 8 prospects.

I didn't share that story for engagement.

I shared it because I see this pattern constantly..in sales teams, in executives, in people building careers.

The skill that separates them isn't talent. It's orientation. Toward outcomes, not routines.

Most professionals don't lack opportunity.

They lack the habit of recognizing it when it doesn't look like their calendar expected.
