I'm taking time with family, resting intentionally, and preparing for what we're building in 2026.
The holidays aren't always picture-perfect—I know that. Some of you are working through them. Others are navigating complicated family dynamics.
Some are simply exhausted and need a break.
Wherever you are, give yourself permission to make it work for you. Rest if you can. Reflect if it energises you. Survive if that's what the season requires.
No judgment. No shoulds. Just real acknowledgment that December looks different for everyone.
