Dear Bodyworkers,
We are thrilled to welcome Susan Good to the Apex Retreat Seminars team as our newest instructor, based in Virginia. Susan is a Licensed Massage Therapist and the proud owner of Latitude Massage in Charlottesville, Virginia.
Susan’s journey began with yoga teacher training in India in 2012, and she quickly discovered her passion for helping others connect with their bodies through movement and therapeutic touch. Her experience as a Birth Doula in Honduras and Ireland inspired her to pursue massage training in 2017, and after becoming a mother, she found a special calling in supporting women through prenatal and postpartum care.
With her extensive training in Thailand (and more study trips planned!), Susan brings a wealth of knowledge and a deep commitment to Thai Massage.
