Dear AWEAA Alumnae/Conference Delegate.

Greetings, hope you are doing fine and back to your destination safely.

On behalf of the AWEAA executive Council, I want to sincerely thank you for the great support, volunteerism, donations and most importantly your presence at the AWEAA 1ST ANNUAL CONFERENCE/AGM.

Your presence made the historic event very colorful.

We appreciate the US Consulate General Lagos for the support, sponsorship and guidance. We are grateful for the heartfelt Speech of the PAO and the presence of the members of the public affairs section.

We are grateful for our impressive speakers Mrs Sola Adesakin and Olori Boye Ajayi. Our mind has been shifted in a positive direction because of your presentation.

Thanks to all our able panelists, eloquent MC Yinka Davies, Energetic DJ Electra, knowledgeable moderators, awesome photographer Gift, talented AGM planning Committee, supportive AWEAA executives and Board of Trustees led by Dr Maymunah Kadiri for your great contributions that made our event a huge success.

Let us put the right structure and systems into our businesses just as our speakers/panelists highlighted so we can conquer our national market and move into regional and global markets.

We are grateful for our special guests which includes Mrs Funmi Arowoogun, President, NNEW, US Government Exchange Alumni Associations represented by Mr Joseph Iorwuese,VP Operations, Musa Olayinka, coordinator YALI RLC Alumni Nigeria Southwest.

Our 1st AGM was a great success. We recapped the activities of the past year, shared financial report of AWEAA and got volunteers for the electoral committee to bring in the new executives by January 2023.

As the committee gives us election guidelines, kindly let us give them our full support.
