If you want my help with your AI setup

A few spots are open for 1:1, plus group options if you want support at a different pace.

Hi ,

If you're at the point where you want to use AI for real business work, not just poking at it here and there, I have a few ways I can help depending on where you are.

I still have a few spots for one-on-one coaching. I know that sounds formal, but it's really just: you and me, working through the actual stuff that matters for your setup. AI assistants, agents, second brain, how your projects and priorities are organized, what your workflows look like. Not just prompts or tool tips, but the actual setup.

This is the most direct path.

I also have two group options if one-on-one isn't the right fit right now. One is more beginner-friendly and focused on real business outcomes. The other is for people who want to go deeper and want to tinker and build things. Both are useful, just different depending on where you are.

The way I work with people usually follows the same three steps regardless of which option they choose.

We start by figuring out what you actually have going on: what's scattered, what your priorities are, what's creating the most friction, and what should come first. That's the assess, brainstorm, and prioritize part.

Then we set up a way to organize you. That might be a second brain, an AI assistant, an AI agent, a Notion system, or something in between.

Then we set up a shared knowledge space for your people and robots team. Your human team and your AI support need to be working from the same context: priorities, decisions, notes, links, prompts, projects, and next steps.

You set the pace. We can go fast or slow. The whole point is to remove friction from getting from zero to useful on the specific things that matter to you.

You also get the benefit of tools I have found, tested, and in some cases built. And you get a real human who works in real businesses to ask questions and get grounded answers from. That combination is the unique and, I think, most important part.

This is simpler than it looks. You do not need to learn a new tool every week or overhaul everything at once. I'll give you a core stack you can rely on for a while and help you start working on the projects

you actually care about.

There is an early advantage to starting now, but it is definitely not too late. The sooner you start, the sooner you start figuring out what actually works for you.

If any of this sounds relevant, just reply and tell me where you are. We will figure out what makes sense from there.

Talk soon,

Heidi
