Dear Parents and Players,
I hope this message finds you well. I’m writing to inform you of an important update regarding the Ubuntu Basketball Autumn Camp.
Yesterday, I received unexpected news from a high-level client that I am urgently needed to conduct critical work at the specified hours during the days of the camp. Unfortunately, this means we will not be able to proceed with the camp as originally planned. I truly regret this development and the impact it may have on your plans, and I deeply appreciate your understanding.
Exclusive Training Opportunity at SportCentrum VU
Although the camp will not take place, I would like to offer an alternative for those who were looking forward to the training and development. I have arranged private small group sessions at Sportcentrum VU during the same week on the following dates and times:
- October 28: 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM
- October 29: 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM
- October 30: 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM
These sessions will provide personalized, focused training catered to your specific development needs. We will cover similar insights originally planned for the camp, ensuring you still receive top-level coaching and feedback to improve your skills with the same methodology as the camp would hold.
Costs & Details:
The costs for these private sessions will remain unchanged from what you initially paid for the camp. This alternative option is designed to give you even more focused attention and value, helping you achieve your basketball development goals.
You will also receive additional perks and apparel as per previously mentioned for the camp.
I understand that this is an unexpected change, but I hope you will take advantage of this opportunity to continue your progress. Please let us know if you would like to participate in these alternative sessions, and we will confirm your spot.
Thank you again for your understanding, and I look forward to seeing you at SportCentrum VU.
If in the case you would like a full refund of your funds, please share your IBAN details and the process will be handled with care.
I appreciate your understanding once again,
Best regards,
Coach Ermay Duran
