Air Fryer Lemon Pepper Chicken Wings

Servings: About 4 (as an appetizer)

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 18–20 minutes

Ingredients

For the wings:

For the Lemon Pepper Dipping Sauce:

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 390°F (200°C) for 2 minutes.
  2. Pat the chicken wings completely dry with paper towels (this helps them get extra crispy). Place them in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Toss the wings with the oil, lemon pepper seasoning, and kosher salt until evenly coated.
  4. Arrange the wings in a single, even layer in the air fryer basket. (Work in batches if needed to avoid overcrowding.)
  5. Air fry for 18–20 minutes, flipping the wings halfway through with tongs, until golden, crispy, and cooked through (internal temperature should reach at least 165°F).
  6. While the wings cook, prepare the sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter (or ghee), lemon zest, fresh lemon juice, lemon pepper seasoning, and a pinch of salt if desired. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  7. Once the wings are done, immediately toss them in some of the warm sauce for a glossy, buttery coating, or serve the sauce on the side for dipping.

Enjoy hot, crispy, zesty, and perfect for game day or any time you want a quick, flavorful snack!

To your health and well-being,

Jessy
