THE COUNCIL: What exactly is Grounding? and how to do it?

Happy Friday!

Recently I have been having a lot of conversations with friends about what exactly is grounding and how do they do it? I found so many people, self included, struggle to define it and we all have unique ways of attaining it.

Interestingly, it came up in a client call this week and so we wanted to share The Council's perspective on what exactly grounding is and how to do it.

Today's segment is short and sweet and will get you ready for your day in less than 5mins.
